With over 22 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry, I have had the pleasure to assist thousands of families with their real estate financing needs. Whether it has been achieving the dream of home ownership, refinancing a current loan, or simply offering advice, I have been extremely fortunate to build very strong relationships over the years. Regardless of the market conditions, whether they are stable and smooth or one that has been very challenging, through my referral partners & client’s loyalty, I have been extremely fortunate. I've continuously been in the top 1% of originations, closings, and funding's while all the time maintaining well above the company average for customer loyalty. As my clients and referral partners look to me as the expert in my field, it is critical that I always have my finger on the pulse of the ever-changing mortgage and real estate market.

About John Griffin III (J.D.)

I’m a dedicated real estate professional and a proud father of a 5-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old son, with another son on the way. Family is at the center of everything I do, and that perspective shapes how I serve my clients—with care, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me coaching and training up my son on the basketball court, sharing my passion for cars with him, or cheering on my daughter as she continues her dance journey she began at just 3. I value hard work, teamwork, and building lasting relationships, both at home and in my career.
